Armed with over a decade’s worth of experience in areas of personal injury, consumer protection and product liability, Marc’s nine years practicing with nationally respected law firms have seen him handle medical malpractice, automobile product liability litigation and class action litigation and more in state and federal courts throughout the southern United States.
After joining FL Legal Group in 2013, he has continued to grow his practice while trying to help injured individuals recover from life changing injuries.
What motivates me is trying to find these people justice — helping them get back on the path to as normal of a life as possible.
Marc is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in the Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia. In 2003, Marc earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, where he served as a member of Stetson’s nationally recognized mock trial teams.
While at Stetson, he also served as a teaching fellow for Legal Research and Writing, a teaching assistant for trial advocacy, and among other activities, was the President of the Stetson chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and is a past member of the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
Marc currently serves on the board of the Trial and Litigation section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and was previously elected to the board of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Justice Association.
